Theodore Nyaudo (B.Sc., M.Sc., FCA)

Theodore is a graduate of Accountancy from the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT) Enugu, He also hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and Finance and Master’s degree in Finance from the Prestigious Babcock University, Ogun State. Theodore is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria ICAN with over twenty years on hand experience.

Theodore started is accounting career as an Accountant with Bengas Industries Limited in year 2000 and later joined Datrade Nigeria Ltd in the year 2006 as a Senior Accountant in charge of Lagos & Head Office Accounts both companies in the Manufacturing sector of the economy.

In 2009 He joined Logic Sciences Ltd an Indigenous ICT Infrastructure and Safety Company as the Financial Controller where he was the head, Finance and Admin functions of the organization.

In 2011 Theodore foray his career into Oil and Gas sector by joining Geofluids Plc (Downstream firm) as a Management Accountant, He later moved to Energia Ltd an Exploration and Production Company in a joint venture with Oando Production and Development Company as the Tax & Management Accountant between 2014 and 2016.

Theodore left A. A. Olasupo and Co Chartered Accountants and Tax Practitioner as a partner 2018 to join Virtue-One Global Investment ltd as the head of accounts. He was recently elevated to the position of the Chief Finance Officer (CFO). He has undergone both local and international courses and seminars on tax, audit, Corporate Finance and Management.
