Mr. Vincent Ukoh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus (1988) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Manpower Planning & Economics from University of Lagos. He is an Associate member of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (ACS) and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA).
He is also an Authorized Dealing Clerk of The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), an alumnus of Lagos Business School and attended courses and seminars in strategic finance and leadership at the Institute of Management Development, Lausanne, Switzerland and at the Wharton Business School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
He started his career as an audit trainee with Coopers and Lybrand (Chartered Accountants) in 1989 and rose to become an Audit Senior by December 1991. He went on to work in the Treasury Operations (TROPS) unit of Citizens International Bank Limited between 1992 and 1995.
He thereafter moved to Dapage Ventures Limited (a real estate development company) where he was the General Manager Finance & Administration between 1996 and 2001.
Vincent is proficient in audit, general accounting, investment analysis & management and financial and management consulting. He has consulted for NNPC (Nigerian National Petroleum Company), Federal Ministry of Finance, Bi-Courtney Aviation Services Limited in respect of the Muritala Mohammed Airport (MMA) 2, Nigeria Agricultural Quarantine Services, Education Trust Fund etc.
While at Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterHouse Coopers), he handled the statutory audits of companies such UACN Plc, Nigerite Ltd, Guinness Nig Plc, CAP Plc, New Nigeria Bank PLC, Nigeria Airways (Debt Reconciliation) among many others.
Vincent joined CSCS Plc in August 2011, from Securities Trading & Investment Ltd (Member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange) where he was the Managing Director between 2006 and 2011. He was the Chief Financial Officer of CSCS Plc till July 2018 introducing innovative policies and processes that brought tremendous improvements in the finance, treasury and investment functions of the Company.
Vincent joined the Board of Virtue One Global Investments Limited effective December 2018, to guide the transformation of the Company geared towards focussed growth, improved on processes and transparency in all activities of the Company.
He has attended many local and international courses and seminars in accounting, taxation, banking, investments, capital markets operations central securities depository and central counterparty clearing services, management and leadership.
